Wait to hear from the firm. You will only hear from us if the firm is able to consider taking your case. It is your responsibility to find a law firm to file your claim before your deadline. If we are able to consider taking your case, you will hear from us within three business days.

If our law firm contacts you and we agree that our firm should handle your case, we will send you a retention agreement. Our fees are 25% of your recovery if we are able to resolve your case before filing a lawsuit, and 33-40% of your recovery if we file a lawsuit for you, depending on the timing of when the case settles and whether it goes through trial. You never pay us fees if we do not recover for you.
